asi tak: spousta krásných slov o veřejné službě, jejíž realizace je
svázána tolika (interními) předpisy, že se obrací ve svůj opak. Takže
nevibruje komunita, ale nervy a trpělivost uživatelů, kteří si nakonec
najdou efektivnější cesty, jak se dostat k tomu, co chtějí.
